On October 4, 2022, The alumna and guest from Nepal visited Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science. Dr. Pimsiri Bhusiri, Dean; Dr. Phat Prapawichar, Associate Dean of the Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science; and A. Glen Chatelier, Director, Office of International Affairs, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) gave a warm welcome to Dr. Sanjay Bhattachan, medical doctor from Nepal; and Ms. Sineenong Thamrongprathid, an excellent nursing alumna of Assumption University of Thailand.
She has worked as the General Manager at the Center for Advanced IVF and Genetics (Genea) Genea is one of Australia’s leading providers of treatment for patients experiencing infertility problems, with more than 30 years of experience in the field, over 400 employees and headquartered in Sydney, Australia, they operate more than 13 clinics globally.

She said that “she is very proud of being an Assumption University of Thailand (AU) nursing alumna because she is able to apply knowledge and experiences from Assumption University of Thailand (AU) School of Nursing Science to work in a well-known international organization.”
The agenda of the discussion in this meeting was about future collaboration between the hospital in Nepal and the Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS) to prepare qualified nurses for serving the hospitals in Nepal.
