On July 20th, 2022 the Institute for English Language Education (IELE), Theodore Maria School of Arts organized a memorial for Ajarn Brian Jeffrey Hein at Ammaret Phithak, CL Building. Ajarn Brain passed away in his home while visiting his family in Colorado, the United States of America, on May 27th, 2022. The memorial was attended by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President, Assumption University of Thailand; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sureepong Phothongsunan, Dean, Theodore Maria School of Arts; Dr. Nida Boonma, Director, IELE, and many faculty members. Ajarn Brian’s father, Bill Hein, and his sister, Allison Hill, were also present. The ceremony was addressed by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, Dr. Nida Boonma and a few of Ajarn Brian’s colleagues in the IELE. The ending address was by Ajarn Brian’s father, followed by a minute of silence and flower offering to Ajarn Brian. It was truly a loving and emotional remembrance of Ajarn Brain. May his soul rest in peace.
