In a proud moment for Assumption University of Thailand (AU) , Dr. Pimsiri Bhusiri, the Dean of Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS), along with faculty members, congratulated Ms. Pranom Tiyao on her recent promotion to Director of Nursing at the prestigious Vejthani Hospital.
Vejthani Hospital, a renowned private hospital in Thailand and Southeast Asia, has been recognized with several accolades, including the Joint Commission International (JCI) standard accreditation from the USA, the Healthcare Asia Award's Hospital of the Year-Thailand 2022, and the Prime Minister’s Export Award 2023. This hospital serves as a significant practicum site for both local and overseas nursing students from BLNS, reflecting a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between the two institutions.
During this celebratory event, the Dean and her team, comprising Dr. Phat Prapawichar, Associate Dean, Dr. Chavalee Boonto, and Dr. Naree Achwarin, were present to witness the achievements of senior nursing students. These students, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Siriporn Poonruksa and practicum course manager Dr. Patra Pheukphan, showcased their Hospital and Unit analytical reports and the Continuous Quality Improvement project, "Love Water Love Life".
Assumption University and the BLNS are enthusiastic about continuing this partnership, fostering excellence in healthcare education, and are inspired by the leadership and guidance of Ms. Pranom Tiyao in her new role.
