Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) and MCOT (Public Company Limited) (Formerly known as the Mass Communication Organization of Thailand) organized the MSME Business School & MCOT MOU signing ceremony on July 9, 2021 at MCOT, Head Office, Bangkok.
Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, Assumption University of Thailand and Mr. Sirote Ratanamahatana, Director and Acting President, MCOT (Public Company Limited) together signed an MOU to strengthen the collaboration between the two institutes.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Uree Cheasakul, Dean of Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics and Mr. Chainant Santivasa, Vice President of MCOT Academy also signed as the MOU witnesses.
Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME) management teams, its faculty members and MCOT management committee also joined this MOU Signing Ceremony.
The collaboration between Assumption University and MCOT shall provide AU students with practical knowledge, crucial job skills, and hands - on experience to thrive in their careers within all multidisciplinary fields they will pursue after graduation.
The objectives of the MOU are consequently as follows:
- To identify the students' capabilities and potentials and then provide subsequent, constructive advice and consultation to guide them in their future careers
- To develop the students' skill competencies, which fit their careers and lead the business world's trend
- To be partners in education and training and exchange resources to develop curricula that suit business practices today and in the future
Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME) is the first faculty of Assumption University, established in 1969. Until now, more than 10,000 graduates have been produced and successful in their careers in both national and multinational enterprises. MSME graduates have been highly valued and respected in all fields of business industries with some having become thriving business entrepreneurs.
