Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya (born 5 April 1951) is a member of the Thai royal family. She is the eldest child of HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and HM Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and elder sister of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua.

Princess Ubolratana attended primary to secondary levels at Chitralada School. She went to the United States for her tertiary education. She studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics in 1973. She later obtained a master's degree in public health at University of California, Los Angeles.

Princess Ubolratana launched the "To Be Number One" Foundation in 2002 to combat drug use by young people. As of 2019 the foundation has more than 31 million members throughout Thailand. She hosts the television show, "Talk to the Princess" on TVT NBT where she promotes the aims of her anti-drug work

Several royal family members have graciously visited Assumption Universiy; performing royal activities on a number of occasion including Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya who presided over the opening ceremony of the Asian Youth Forum 2003. “The Human Equation : Investing in Youth for a Sustainable Future” taking place on 20-26 May 2003 at John XXIII Conference Center at Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
