Assumption University of Thailand (AU) joyfully marked two important days: the 21st Anniversary of Brother Bancha's appointment as President and his Feast Day. These occasions, filled with respect and festivity, highlighted Brother Bancha's significant contributions and enduring leadership at the university.
In his address, Brother Bancha expressed heartfelt thanks for the presents received but emphasized the immeasurable value of everyone's 'presence.' He urged all to be 'fully' present in life's journey. Additionally, he acknowledged the successful organization of Brother Martin's 90th birthday, extending special gratitude to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krisana Kitcharoen, Vice President for University Foresight and Advancement and his team.
The event also paid homage to Brother Bancha's patron saint, St. Albert Laurence, known as Albert the Great. A figure of immense intellect and a bridge between faith and science, St. Albert’s legacy resonates with Brother Bancha's work at AU, blending academic rigor with spiritual depth.
This dual celebration not only honors Brother Bancha but also reaffirms Assumption University’s dedication to fostering leaders who are as intellectually competent as they are spiritually grounded.
