The National Nurses Day in Thailand has been annually organized by Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council and Nurses’ Association of Thailand on October 21 at the Ministry of Public Health from 07:00 to 09:00 Hours. It aimed to commemorate the Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Grandmother who greatly contributed to nursing profession.
Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra had improved the nursing profession and National Thai Health System throughout her life. Dr. Pimsiri Bhusiri, Dean of Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS) paid tribute to Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Grandmother on this special occasion. Dr. Phat Prapawichar, Associate Dean of BLNS; Faculty members consisting of Dr. Nuengruetai Kanchantra, Dr. Supa Pudkasam, Dr. Jiratithigan Sillapasuwan, and A. Napaswan Namboonsri; and four students: Ms. Pawarin Yoonprayong, Ms. Trisha Alleyanna Manalo, Ms. Rungnapa Saikeaw, and Ms. Sireethorn Sangkanchanavanich also participated in this activity.
