In a moment of unparalleled academic and professional triumph, the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science, and Technology proudly hosted VMES Recognition Day on January 30, 2025, to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of Mr. Sirin Kitcharoen—a true aviation prodigy and an inspiration to aspiring pilots everywhere.

Mr. Kitcharoen, a Bachelor of Aeronautics Engineering student specializing in Commercial Pilot License (CPL), was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for his flawless academic performance, maintaining a perfect GPA of 4.00. His journey to excellence is nothing short of remarkable: before earning his CPL, he successfully completed his Private Pilot License (PPL), amassed 205 flight hours at the Bangkokair Aviation Training Center in just one year, and impressively passed all 20 CPL examination modules in record time.

On December 24, 2024, his extraordinary dedication was recognized by The Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. King Rama X’s Patronage, where he received a prestigious award. Taking this honor to new heights, he will soon receive the highest royal distinction from His Majesty King Rama X at The Siam Society under Royal Patronage—a rare and distinguished honor reserved for the nation’s most elite scholars.

The event at VMES Townhall was electric with pride and admiration as Mr. Kitcharoen took the stage for his heartfelt speech, expressing deep gratitude to the faculty, mentors, and peers who guided him through his journey. His words resonated with hope, inspiration, and a vision for the future of aviation.

Dr. Narong, Dean of the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science, and Technology, emphasized the historic significance of this achievement:

“Mr. Sirin Kitcharoen embodies the very spirit of excellence, resilience, and ambition that we cultivate at our school. His success is not just personal—it is a beacon for the next generation of engineers and pilots. We have no doubt that he will soar to even greater heights in his future endeavors.”

The celebration was a momentous occasion, filled with joy, admiration, and a sense of limitless possibilities. As Mr. Kitcharoen sets his sights on his Master’s studies at St. Mary’s University in the United Kingdom, the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science, and Technology extends its highest congratulations and best wishes for his continued success in shaping the future of aviation.
