Assumption University of Thailand (AU) is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Pismai Saenchai as the new Director of the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), effective March 1, 2024.
Ms. Saenchai has been a dedicated member of the Assumption University community since 1991, most recently serving as a staff member in the Enterprise Information Division of the Information System Development Department. Her extensive experience and commitment to the university's mission have made her a valuable asset to our team.
Throughout her tenure at Assumption University, Ms. Saenchai has been recognized for her outstanding contributions. In 2007 and 2020, she was honored with the Staff of the Year Award, which is given annually to employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication, enthusiasm, and creativity in their work. This award aims to foster a positive working environment and support the university's sustainable development.
In 2016, Ms. Saenchai received the St. Joseph Award for Dedicated Service, acknowledging her more than twenty-five years of full-time service to the university. This award celebrates staff members who have shown exemplary work attitudes, dedication, and commitment to Assumption University, its faculty, and students.
Ms. Benjaporn Anunwanitcha, Director of the Central Library, expressed her enthusiasm for Ms. Saenchai's appointment, stating, "Ms. Pismai’s appointment as Director of ITS is a testament to her unwavering dedication and visionary leadership. Her remarkable contributions to our university have not only enhanced our technological capabilities but also inspired a culture of innovation and excellence. We are confident that under her guidance, the Office of Information Technology Services will continue to thrive and support the evolving needs of our academic community."
