Thailand Hapkido Association and Rangsit University organized the "THAILAND HAPKIDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2022." The tournament was held at the Recreation Building of Rangsit University Between 26 - 27 November 2022. This year's competition had more than 1,000 participants.

The opening ceremony was on November 26, 2022, and chaired by Mr. Sommat Jabkul, Vice President of the Thailand Hapkido Association and Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Suksuwan, Assistant to the President of Rangsit University. Master Jung Joon Ho, the International Hapkido Federation vice-president; Master Lee Jung Hyun, the International Hapkido Federation Education vice-chairman; Yun Ju ha, the International Federation Pungbeak Taekwondo President Lee Hyun-A, the International Federation Hapkido President Kim Dong Jun Director, the International Federation Pungbeak Taekwondo President, Cho Kwang Hyun, International Martial arts Federation vice-president, and Kim So Yeon, Hapkido Sabomnin co-chaired the ceremony.



AU's Hapkido Team attended the tournament and won two gold medals, three silver medals, and three bronze medals. On this occasion, Assumption University of Thailand would like to congratulate the AU Team as follows:

  1. MS. PLOYLAPUS CHAIPRASIT, a 2nd - year student from Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, won the gold medal in Kyorugi - Female person
  2. MS. PHRUEKSAYA YODMUANG, a 4th - year student from Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, and MS. MASSALIN LENGSAKUL, a 3rd - year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, won the gold medal in Holshonsul - Female couple.
  3. MR. ATIWIT KORNPHOM, a 2nd - year student from Thomas Aquinas School of Law, won the silver medal in Kyorugi - Male.
  4. MS.RATTIKAN PENGWONGS, a 3rd - year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, won the silver medal in Kyorugi - Female person
  5. MS.PHRUEKSAYA YODMUANG, a 4th - year student from Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, and MR. CLEMENT TAECHINE BERRIE, a 1st - year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, won the silver medal in Holshonsul - couple.
  6. MR. JATURAPIT BOONPRATUCHAI, a 2nd - year student from Thomas Aquinas School of Law, won the bronze medal in Kyorugi - Male.
  7. MS. MASSALIN LENGSAKUL, a 3rd - year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, won the bronze medal in Kyorugi - Female person
  8. MR. JATURAPIT BOONPRATUCHAI, a 2nd - year student from Thomas Aquinas School of Law, won the bronze medal in Spees Battle - Male, Female person
  9. MR.ATIWIT KORNPHOM, a 2nd - year student from Thomas Aquinas School of Law, and MR. CLEMENT TAECHINE BERRIE, a 1st - year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, won the bronze medal in Holshinsul - Male couple.
