Seventeen award recipients representing six faculties and eight nationalities brought home awards at the Annual World Peace Ethics Contest (WPEC)

Bangkok, Thailand. Seventeen students from Assumption University of Thailand were among the top twenty award recipients at the Annual 2023 World Peace Ethics Contest. The winners included thirteen international students and four Thai nationals. As part of the WPEC a 3-day Ethics Camp Activity was organized. Students participated in activities focused on their moral development and the practice of ethical awareness in everyday life. Through the three-day activities-based event students added to their existing knowledge, increased their understanding of ethical principles, and demonstrated an appreciation for the morals and values learned from family, friends, and society.

Mr. Thimothy James Capiz, a 1st-year Filipino student, from Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, brought home the top prize and received a Certificate of Excellence and the THB 10,000 cash prize.
