Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment is significant in providing students with the skills, knowledge, and passion to succeed in a rapidly changing world and address the challenges we face as a society.

Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) School has a unique project named “The Enrichment Program of Science, Mathematics, Technology, and Environment” for High School Students. This summer, this school requires students to undertake an internship with a scientist during April-May 2023 to focus on science skills, concepts, technologies, and research current environmental practices. The mentors in this program will share the scientific problem-solving process in research and experimental planning to find solutions beyond textbooks.

To achieve this curriculum objective, the school would like to request two faculties from Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology and Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Assumption University of Thailand (AU). Dr. Atittaya Tandhanskul, Assistant Dean for Global Academic Development and Industrial Collaboration, Food Technology Department, Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, conducted an internship for the following three students: 1) Miss Majimah Tienchai, 2) Miss Pichayapa Sriudomwut, and 3) Miss Thitirat Lueangdumrongkij. In addition to Dr. Atittaya, Asst. Prof. Dr. Narong Aphiratsakun, Dean of Vincent Mary School of Engineering, also conducted and mentored the internship for other three students: 1) Mr. Siraphop Sithisak, 2) Miss Tarsha Chansakorn, and 3) Miss Manunthakan Kumphun.

On Monday, March 20, 2023, three students, accompanied by their supervisor, Ajarn Chayut Praynam, a teacher in the science and technology subject group, met with Asst. Prof. Dr. Patchanee Yasurin, the Dean, welcomed them and recommended the school products. With such initiatives, the school hopes that the students will learn outside classrooms with well-planned hands-on activities.
