On the 2^nd of April of every year, the United Nations proclaims the United Nations Day "Global Autism Awareness Campaign," which encourages all sectors to recognize the importance of understanding and accepting people with autism. We can encourage autistic people to live their daily lives as normally as possible.

On this particular day, The Center of Research and Design Innovation Service, School of Architecture and Design Assumption University of Thailand, has foreseen the essential objectives and missions of establishing Rajanukul Institute as a school for teaching children with intellectual disabilities.

The school teaches disabled children how to help themselves in everyday life and adapt and learn to live in society typically, including professional teaching according to the children's aptitude. Rajanukul Institute is the first special education school in Thailand. It has also developed into a center of expertise in intellectual disabilities at the ASEAN level. It offers holistic child and adolescent mental health and psychiatry services at the advanced tertiary level. Including the development of mental health services to promote and prevent mental health problems in early childhood, school-age, intellectually disabled, learning disabilities and autism.

Mr. Somsak Chan-in, Managing director of Liv-better Industries Company Limited, provided a gift piece on the special day production designed by the students of the Department of Interior Architecture (IAAU) and Department of Interior Design (IND). Dr. Noppawan Sriwongpanich, Director of Rajanukul Institute, accepted a social service project to exchange knowledge of furniture design for development

By the "Center for Creative Design Research and Development Promotion." Asst. Prof. Suparat Walaisathien, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design Assumption University and Ms. Orn-laor Homsettee, Director of the Center for Research and Development Promotion of Creative Design Faculty of Architecture and Design Assumption University of Thailand participated in handing over eight pieces of work.
