Myanmar’s Brightest Students Step into AU, Bridging Nations Through Education

Assumption University of Thailand (AU) welcomed a delegation of Myanmar’s top students to its Suvarnabhumi Campus, marking another milestone in the growing friendship between Thailand and Myanmar.

The special visit, coordinated with the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, brought together a group of high-achieving students who recently earned the highest marks in Myanmar’s national matriculation examination. The delegation was introduced to AU’s world-class academic environment, internationally recognized programs, and dynamic student community.

The campus program began with a welcome and university presentation, followed by a tour of key facilities, including the Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts Studio, and the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science and Technology.

The morning concluded with a stop at the AU Chapel, where the delegation gathered for a group photo to commemorate the visit.

This annual initiative reflects AU’s commitment to fostering regional collaboration and cultural exchange, offering students from across Asia opportunities to experience its innovative learning environment. Through partnerships like this, AU continues to build bridges that inspire future generations of leaders.
