Graduate students from the Master’s Program in Fine Arts and Design (Art and Design track) at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) presented a striking exhibition themed “Time,” showcasing their final creative works developed in the Art and Design Media course. The show offered a compelling glimpse into the evolving voices of emerging artists exploring the interplay between art, self, and society.
The course encouraged students to critically examine the role of art in today’s world while cultivating both technical proficiency and global awareness. Their exhibited works embraced a range of forms—including painting, performance, video, installation, and site-specific art—revealing deeply personal interpretations of time through bold concepts and diverse media.
The creative process behind the exhibition invited students to reflect on identity, culture, and temporality, while pushing boundaries through cross-media experimentation and conceptual depth. Each piece served as both an individual statement and a contribution to a broader artistic dialogue.
The exhibition also reflected AU’s forward-looking approach to arts education, where innovation, interdisciplinary thinking, and international perspective are core values. It demonstrated how the practice of art can be a tool not only for self-expression but also for reshaping worldviews and reimagining the future.
This showcase marked more than the end of a course—it stood as a vibrant celebration of creativity, courage, and critical thought in contemporary art.
