Office of Thai Arts and Culture, Office of Vice President for Student Affairs, Assumption University of Thailand, organized a ceremony to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana
on June 2, 2021, in remembrance of Her Majesty the Queen’s royal grace.
Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, AU President-Rector Magnificus, will preside over the ceremony and lead AU’s administrators, faculty, staff, and students to express good-wishes to Her Majesty the Queen at Sala Jaturamookpaichitr, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
The ceremony began with Tribute Ceremony presented to Her Majesty the Queen by Rector Magnificus and continue with the Royal Anthem, which all the attendants will sing along together. Then, after a representative reads Felicitous Poems in both Thai and English, the attendants will sing the song, Sadudee Jomracha. The ceremony will be also held at Tower of David, Hua Mak Campus.

On December 7, 2019, Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana presided over Assumption University’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. In this event, Her Majesty the Queen visited the exhibitions displaying AU’s historical background and AU faculties’ academic development. In addition, Assumption University humbly conferred an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science upon Her Majesty the Queen.
