- To be aware of the AUN-QA framework (version 4.0) and learn to interpret the framework, its criteria and requirements for assessment at program level.
- To learn to apply the PDCA approach to self-assessment and to write a program’s Self-Assessment Report (SAR).
- To be able to assess and improve the quality of AU’s academic programs that meets the AUN-QA standards.
