Objective:

     To dissimilate the knowledge about mediation and arbitration, which are the popular disputes mechanisms used in civil and commercial matters nowadays. Moreover, the attendees will have chance to learn about the working process and administration of the Thailand Arbitration Center.

Event Details:     

      Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has invited A. Artit Pinpak, Head of International Affairs and Academic Networks, Thomas Aquinas School of Law, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) to give lecture on “Path to Becoming a Professional Mediator” to 40 students from the Faculty of Law, Bangkok University in their excursion visit to THAC.
