1.  AU personnel are urged to stay home or to refrain from traveling across provinces or to risk areas, unless necessary, to limit the COVID - 19 exposures.
  2. In case of any symptoms (e.g. high fever, cough, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell), AU personnel are urged to get tested for COVID - 19, and inform one of the following Office of Human Resources Management at 0-2300-4543-53 Ext. 1103 and 1104 and undertake 14 - day self - isolation or treatment (for confirmed positive COVID - 19 case).
  3. No University activities on premises that involve gathering of a large number of participants are to be organized in accordance with guidance and measures provided by the Ministry of Public Health, CCSA and other related parties. Such activities, however, can be arranged via online platform (s).
  4. Work - from - home has been implemented AU personnel have been taking turns to come into the office to ensure an appropriate physical proximity and work from home. Directors and /or Department Heads are responsible for assigning, following up, and monitoring the work progress of those who work from home.
  5. Temperature screening is mandated at all points of entrance to the AU premises and buildings.
  6. Hand sanitizer are provided throughout the facilities and premises.
  7. Regular cleaning and sanitization of all areas throughout the campuses as well as inside AU transport and vehicles.
  8. Arrangement of appropriate physical proximity of work space among AU personnel and with visitors.
  9. Mandatory use of face masks and Social Distancing.
