The Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) is proud to announce that its Food Technology team claimed Third Runner-up (4th place) at the FoSTAT–Nestlé Quiz Bowl 2025, Thailand’s most competitive academic showdown in food science and technology!
Held on June 14, 2025, at BITEC Convention and Exhibition Center, the event featured 64 top institutions from across Thailand, all competing in a fast-paced battle of wits covering topics from microbiology to food engineering.

With exceptional knowledge, teamwork, and quick thinking, the AU team impressed judges and peers alike. The competition was hosted by the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT) in collaboration with Nestlé (Thai) Ltd., marking another successful year of promoting academic excellence and innovation in the field.
