Student Uniform for male students:
1. Plain white, short or long sleeve shirt. Sleeves may not be turned up. Shirt must be tucked into trousers. A university necktie must be worn property.
2. Black trousers (slacks).
3. Black or dark brown belt with university buckle.
4. Plain black leather shoes.
Student Uniform for female students:
1. Plain white , short sleeve blouse. Blouse should fit properly. University buttons are attached and the university pin is worn on the left side of the blouse. Blouse must be tucked into skirt.
2. Black straight skirt at knee length.
3. Black or dark brown belt with university buckle.
4. Plain black leather closed shoes.
1. In the regular classrooms
2. Whenever entering the campus vicinity , except university dormitories and sports complex at Suvarnabhumi Campus.

Student ID card must be checked before allowing students to enter the examination room. Students holding expired ID card must be instructed to obtain “a one – subject temporary ID card” at the Office of Registrar. Please note that students are expected to be aware of the regulation as well as their ID card’s expiry date, and as such, irrespective of their reasons, must renew their ID cards prior to the examination period.
No unauthorized materials on examination desks, nearby desks/chairs: any dictionaries, calculators, and notes found in the pencil boxes/ pockets, on the desks, nearby desks or chairs would subject students to the University’s cheating disciplinary actions.
No communication devices and PDA(s) in the examination rooms:
- Mobile phones and personal digital assistance should not be placed on the desk, nearby desk or chairs irrespective of reasons. They could, for the time being, be placed under students’ chairs/desks provided that they are turned off.
We define the Extra-Curricular Experiences as those opportunities offered especially to freshmen so that they may receive academic support outside the classroom, become aware of the variety of resources the campus offers, and actively engage in the community life of the university.
The Aim: Students become actively involved in the campus/community and receive specific support networks and information about resources that best meet their needs. Students see themselves as active participants and leaders fostering the standards and identity of Assumption University.

Project Information: Here is a fantastic chance to discover activities of your interest! More than 50 clubs open their booths to provide freshmen with information such as music, dance, photography, environmental conservation, oratory and personality, football and many more. All clubs blow their bugles to welcome new members.
Induction Camp
Project Information: Teamwork and unity behind success is the key theme in this activity. This is a time to open your mind and become one with friends, seniors and faculty members, and be proud of your faculty. Meaningful activities are lined up for fun, joy and happiness. You are not alone in AU.
English for All
Project Information: English for All offers an opportunity for freshmen to join the program for free of charge. During 7 weeks of the course, ,members enjoy variety of fun activities to promote English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing based on the 7 steps to English Proficiency by Rev.Bro.Dr.Bancha Saenghiran, Rector Magnificus. www.e4all.au.edu
Freshy Day & Night
Project Information: Refresh your mind and refresh your AU Spirit. Participate and vote for Prince and Princess of AU. The winners will be AU ambassadors and get valuable prizes. This is reserved for freshmen only to express their talents in performances and communication. All are invited to enjoy exquisite shows by students and special guest artist, cheer competition and many more.
The Smart Successor
Project Information: This is an opportunity to follow your dream. Student will be trained to become AU Smart Successors. Be inspired to become successful entrepreneur by alumni who are real successors in various fields of career. Freshmen will learn about career goal setting, choosing appropriate major and career passport. by Center for Career Development & Counseling (CCDC)
This is an AU open house activity that organized for freshmen and parents. Freshmen will learn more about AU campuses, intensive courses and grading system, basic rules and regulations, services and facilities, and tips for student adjustment.
It is health checking up and meeting with Student Affairs advisors. Students are required to do tests covering psychological and physical aspects. They also meet advisors from Student Affairs who will be their personal advisor and supporter throughout the next 4 years.
This is an official event for warm welcoming freshmen as new members of AU community by Rector Magnificus, AU executives, faculty members and senior students. As it is said, “Well begun is half done” thus here Academic Affairs and Student Affairs put much effort to provide crucial knowledge and information concerning freshmen on the orientation day.
Be a part of AU community. The Assumption University Student Organization (AUSO) organizes this event to promote strong relationship between freshmen and seniors and also right attitudes towards the University. Freshmen will get to know each other and enjoy fellowships with friends and seniors through various activities.
