Congratulations to two AU Taekwondo players who were the Thailand’s Taekwondo national athletes, won the Silver Medal prizes in the Taekwondo competition in the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) on May 17, 2022 at Hanoi, Vietnam.



Mr. Panachai Jaijulla
(นายปณชัย ใจจุลละ), 1st - year student of Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics, with weight less than 54 kg.



Ms. Chutikan Jongkolrattanawattana
(นางสาวชุติกาญจน์ จงกลรัตนวัฒนา), 2nd - year student of Theodore Maria School of Arts, with weight less than 46 kg.

Big congratulations to 4 AU Taekwondo players who won the prizes in 2022 GH Bank Taekwondo competitions on April 2-5, 2022 at Eastern National Sports Training Center Chonburi Province as follows:

1 Winner:

  • Ms. Rattikan Pengwongsa (นางสาวรัตติกาล ปิงวงศ์ษา), the second-year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, in the competition for female general with weight less than 67 kg.

3 Second-runner up:

  • Mr. Napat Palagawong (นายณภัทร ปาละกะวงศ์), the second-year student from MSME, in the competition for male general with weight less than 87 kg.
  • Ms. Massalin Lengsakul (นางสาวมัสลิน เหล็งสกุล), the second-year student from Theodore Maria School of Arts, in the competition for female general with weight less than 73 kg.
  • Mr. Shin Saito (นายชิน ซาอิโตะ), the second-year student from MSME, in the competition for male general with weight less than 58 kg.

Big Congratulations to AU Taekwondo Player Under the Category of Poomsae Individual Female Senior! 

Ms. Kotchawan Chomchuen with the student ID. 6310340, the second-year student from Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME) of Assumption University of Thailand, won the first prize winner in the Online GH Bank Taekwondo Thailand Championships 2021 under the category of Poomsae Individual Female Senior between 18-30 years old. The competition took place.

AU Taekwondo Player Won 1stPrize Winner


Online GH Bank Taekwondo Thailand permitted the competition in 2021 to be set online in order to secure the safety of all players from the COVID-19 variants.

Ms. Chomchuen expressed her delight and pride after the winning that she was very happy for being able to attend the competition again after her knee-surgery that required 9-month recovery. She did not expect that she would win the competition, but she did! Her next goals were to be part of Thailand’s national team in 2022 and to pursue other highly. recognized Taekwondo competitions.
