AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music”

Miss Satita Phetsuwan, an AU student of Thomas Aquinas School of Law, has been presented with the “Excellent Youth Award Bringing Fame and Honor to the Country in the Area of Arts, Culture & Music 2021” (เด็กและเยาวชนที่นำชื่อเสียงมาสู่ประเทศชาติ ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมและดนตรี ประจำปี 2564).

Such highly prestigious award was granted by the organizing committee of the National Children Day of 2021.

As assigned by the Ministry of Education, the concerned governmental units or organizations have taken steps to carefully select the highly talented Thai youth who has exhibited excellently recognized abilities, thus, creating fame and honor to the country; on the occasion of 2021 National Children Day’s celebration.

The criteria for the selection of winner, awardee must be born from January 1, 2021 onwards and judged from their excellent abilities in one of the following areas:

  • Academic
  • Arts, Culture & Music
  • Professional Craftsmanship
  • Recreation and Sports
  • Morality & Ethics

Selected winner must have demonstrated outstanding ability in only one of the mentioned area who had finally won in international competition competed by contestants from no less than 4 countries (nationalities).

AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music”

The AU Community members happily congratulate our grand winner: Miss Satita Phetsuwan of the AU Thomas Aquinas School of Law, who achieved unique talents in Arts, Culture & Music field of 2021 which has brought honor and prestige to the country.

Miss Satita was initially scheduled to receive the honorable plaque from Mr. Nataphol Teepsuwan, Minister of Education and to meet with H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Thailand Prime Minister, on January 6, 2021. However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the plaque and honorable certificate were instead sent to Miss Satita’s home.

On this special occasion, Miss Satita expressed her excitement and happiness for being  nominated such outstanding award

Miss Satita Phetsuwan has been awarded the following enviable prizes in a number of international competitions:

AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music” First Prize: Vocal Classical Song (for contestants aged 15-18 years), of the Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition 2019 in Paris, France. Winner with highest scores was invited to sing at the Amphitheatre, Philharmonie, Paris, France.
AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music” First Prize: Vocal Classical Song (for contestants aged 15-18 years), the Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition 2019, London, England. Winner with highest scores was invited to sing at the Royal Albert, London, England.
 AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music” First Prize: Vocal Category – Senior Class, the 7th Hong Kong International Youth Performance Arts 2019.
AU Law Student Presented with Outstanding Youth Award in “Arts, Culture & Music” Gold Award in Voice, the Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards, International Music Competition 2020, Singapore.
