Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly introduced its 2025 Executive Board, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, strategic innovation, and holistic development. The new leadership team brings together experienced educators, administrators, and scholars who will guide the university through the next phase of growth and global engagement.
At the helm of the executive board is Rev. Bro. Sirichai Fonseka, f.s.g., Ph.D., President of AU. With a vision centered on student success and international partnerships, Bro. Sirichai’s leadership continues to shape the University’s reputation as the top private institution in Southeast Asia.
Supporting the President are the following vice presidents and University leaders:

Vice President for Strategic Advancement
A key force behind the university’s global engagement and brand development, Dr. Krisana leads initiatives that enhance AU’s visibility, partnerships, and long-term strategic positioning.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Kitti Phothikitti
Vice President for Educational Innovation and Graduate Studies
Leads innovation in learning technologies and manages the development of postgraduate programs.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Uree Cheasakul
Vice President for Academic Affairs
Ensures academic excellence across all faculties and programs, supporting curriculum enhancement and accreditation.
Ms. Chongtip Nawikanjana
Vice President for Administrative Affairs
Manages the university’s core operations and institutional resources.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanintorn Jittawiriyanukoon
Vice President for Research and Academic Services
Drives research strategy, faculty development, and knowledge services.
Dr. Kitikorn Dowpiset
Vice President for Moral Development, Education
Promotes ethics-based education and student development rooted in AU’s Catholic values.
Mr. Werasak Anusontivong
Vice President for Legal and Privilege Affairs
Provides legal counsel and oversees institutional governance.
Acting Sub Lt. Dr. Yutthana Suwannatarn
Vice President for Student Affairs
A strong advocate for student well-being and campus engagement, Dr. Yutthana brings both energy and empathy to his role, enhancing the student experience across academic and extracurricular life.
Dr. Soonthorn Pibulcharoensit
The University Registrar
Manages academic records, enrollment, and regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Higher Education.
