In a groundbreaking move, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) ’s golf team is swinging into the spotlight as the only Asian University invited to the inaugural Junior Dubai Desert Classic (JDDC) International College Showcase. The prestigious event, presented by the Junior Asian Golf Academy (JAGA) and the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF), will take place from January 8 to 12, 2025, at the iconic Emirates Golf Club in Dubai.
Driving Change, One Stroke at a Time
AU’s golf team will engage with top-tier U.S. Universities such as University of Arkansas, Barry University, and Keiser University. These institutions, celebrated for their dominance in NCAA Division 1 and 2 golf, will join Assumption in discussions about raising the bar for junior and collegiate golf across continents.
