Assumption University of Thailand (AU) held a coordination meeting for the Organizing Committee of the 33rd SEA Games on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at Suvarnabhumi Campus. The discussion focused on planning, facilities readiness, and operational support ahead of Thailand’s role as host nation.
Key Administrators and Sports Associations joined the discussion
The meeting was honored by the presence Acting Sub Lt. Dr. Yutthana Suwannatar, Vice President for Student Affairs, Ms. Chongtip Nawikanjana, Vice President for Administrative Affairs along with the Director of Center for Sports and Physical Fitness, Student Affairs, representatives from the Aquatic Sports Association, representatives from the Kickboxing Association, coordination officers and the organizing team. Together, they reviewed logistics and inspected the readiness of two major competition venues: the Aquatic Center and the John Paul II Sports Center.
AU entrusted with hosting three SEA Games sports in December 2025
As Thailand prepares to host the 33rd SEA Games from 9–20 December 2025, Assumption University of Thailand has been officially assigned as a competition venue for three sports:
Artistic Swimming | 10–13 December 2025
Diving | 17–19 December 2025
Kickboxing | 13–16 December 2025
