Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science and Technology (VMES), Assumption University of Thailand (AU), is pleased to host a ceremony celebrating the receipt of the Amarit Educational and Starting Fund on 6th November 2025 at 10:00 A.M.
Rev. Bro. Sirichai Fonseka, f.s.g., Ph.D., President of AU, graciously presided over the event to receive a 5,000,000 THB. contribution from Dr. Amarit Bhumiratana, former Dean of the Vincent Mary School of Engineering (VME).
The program commenced at 10:00 A.M. with a warm welcome, during which Asst. Prof. Dr. Narong Aphiratsakun, Dean of VMES, presented the main objectives of the fund and expressed gratitude to Dr. Amarit for his generous support.
A touching presentation titled “From Generation to Generation” was then showcased, followed by an inspiring speech from Dr. Amarit, in which he shared his motivation for establishing the fund and his trust in AU.
Rev. Bro. Sirichai expressed his appreciation to Dr. Amarit for his generosity and encouraged members of VMES to continue contributing to the AU community with dedication and excellence.
One of the ceremony’s most memorable moments was the official handover of the donation from Rev. Bro. Sirichai to and Dr. Amarit, witnessed by AU faculty, staff, and students at the VMES Hall.
After the photo session, participants enjoyed refreshments and informal networking, concluding the event with warm fellowship and meaningful memories.
