Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly welcomed young scholarship recipients from across the nation for the 10th “Thai Art and Culture Promotion Program” (โครงการส่งเสริมศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมไทย ครั้งที่ 10), organized by the Ruamchit-Normklao Foundation (for Youth) under Her Majesty’s Royal Patronage, in collaboration with AU. The program took place from October 21–25, 2025, at Suvarnabhumi Campus as well as cultural and historical attractions in Bangkok and vicinity, with a series of activities designed to deepen cultural understanding and celebrate Thailand’s heritage.

The opening ceremony, held at the meeting room of Nawamaharaja Building, the National Council on Social Welfare of Thailand, set an inspiring tone with remarks emphasizing the monarchy’s vital role in preserving Thai culture. Youth delegates from every province across Thailand participated, marking the start of a meaningful four-day journey.

Upon their arrival at AU, the students were warmly welcomed by Rev. Bro. Sirichai Fonseka, f.s.g., Ph. D., President of AU, faculty members and student volunteers who helped facilitate the program.

Building Youth Engagement and National Pride

This collaboration reflects AU’s enduring commitment to education that goes beyond the classroom. We are proud to support initiatives that inspire young leaders to connect with their roots and carry Thai culture forward.
