On September 9, 2023, Assumption University's prestigious Louis Nobiron School of Music participated in the DJOP Music Contest 2023. This event was organized as part of the project Open House Opportunity: Creating Educational Opportunities, Opening a New Life Path, hosted by the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection under the Ministry of Justice. Asst. Prof. Dr. Pannawit Sanitnarathorn, the Dean of the Louis Nobiron School of Music, assumed the role of Committee Chairman for this event. Dr. Watchara Kanteeyaporn and Mr. Jaruwat Khanthawut (known as Khun Jub, Blackhead) were among the distinguished committee members.

Pol. Lt. Col. Wannapong Kocharak, the Director-General of the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection, graced the occasion as the presiding officer, lending his support and encouragement to the young participants.

 
 

The primary objective of the contest was to promote and nurture the talents and skills of children and youth, empowering them to excel in various fields, including music, while providing a platform for them to showcase their abilities and gain acceptance within society.

The DJOP Music Contest 2023 took place at the Outdoor Zone, 1st floor @Lido Connect, where the young musicians had a chance to display their talents and creativity.

 
 
 

The contest featured renowned guest artists, Khun Keng Tachaya and Khun Biw Jaroonwit (popularly known as Biw the Voice), who added a touch of star power to the event.

 
 

The DJOP Music Contest 2023 was a resounding success, thanks to the remarkable talent displayed by the students of Assumption University's Louis Nobiron School of Music and the dedicated efforts of all those involved. This collaboration reflects the university's commitment to nurturing the potential of the youth and promoting their holistic development.
