Asst. Prof. Dr. Patchanee Yasurin, faculty member of Assumption University School of Biotechnology, has registered petty patents of four inventions as results of her latest research in food biotechnology.

These four products are four formulas of vegetable sanitizer, liquids for washing and sanitizing vegetables and fruits from pesticide, food-borne disease and toxins in modern living.

In addition, her research has been granted a scholarship to be appointed as research adviser for PhD candidates in submission of research proposal for research grant under the government project called “Research and Researchers for Industries - RRI.”
