One of virtual hard disks have malfunctioned since 13 February 2015 and it caused many systems went down, i.e. LMS.

We tried to scan the whole physical disk to recover it which took several days to complete the process, but it seems that the data could not be retrieved anymore. We also contacted the expert system engineer from our product vendor, even request to open the case to the product owner, for solving the problem as soon as possible.
