How can you apply for an Au Smart ID

ePurseIf you are a freshman

  1. Contact the Bank of Ayudhya branch oces at either Au campuses or any other designated locations ON the campuses to open a new account and apply for your Au Smart ID.
  2. Pick up your Au Smart ID and ATM PIN number from the designated location in either Au campus within 15 working days after submitting your application.
  3. Take your new Au Smart ID card to the Oce of the University Registrar at either Au campus to have it personalized and activated.

If you are a current student with an Au-Krungsri VISA Electron card

  1. Contact the Oce of the University Registrar at either Au campuses to verify your student status and obtain an Au Smart ID card application form.
  2. Submit the completed form and passbook at the Bank of Ayudhya branch oces at either Au campus.
  3. Exchange your Au-Krungsri VISA Electron card for the new Au Smart ID and obtain your new ATM PIN number within 15 working days after submitting your application.
  4. Take your new Au Smart ID to the Oce of University Registrar at either Au campus to have it personalized and activated.
