In case your Au Smart ID card is damages or lost

  1. In the case of loss or damage to your Au Smart ID card, you may contact the Call Center at 02-7191919 during
    working hours, from Monday to Saturday at 8.30-17.00 hrs. and inform the Krungsri Call Center at 1572 or contact the Bank of Ayudhya at either Au campus to have the card services put on hold.
  2. Contact the bank to issue a new Au Smart ID card. The fee for reissuing a new card is 250 Baht.
  3. Take the new Au Smart ID to the office of the Human Resource Management office at either Au campus to have it personalized and activated.
