March 17, 18, and 19, 2020

In preparation for the efficient on-line teaching and learning strategies in an effort to curb the current spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the AU lecturers participated in the additional training sessions on March 17, 18, and 19, 2020 at Suvarnabhumi Campus; being fully equipped with the most effective on-line teaching tactics; employing technical know-how and advanced facilities. Organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs in collaboration with the Vincent Mary School of Science and Technology, the training was conducted to ascertain the continuance of students’ learning, acquisition of knowledge and necessary skills. 

The AU lecturers or instructors are, thus, fully prepared for the most productive on-line teaching systems in light of the critically pressing situations.

**Such an online teaching expertise is further enhanced by the fact that Assumption University being the first university with full-scaled online eLearning Program (Distance Education) established in January 2006; firstly offering Master’s Degree of Science in Management.
