As a bright step for new generation executives that aims to contribute good deeds to the society, “3K Next Generation Executive Program”, sponsored by 3K Products Co.Ltd was hosted to fulfilled objective of educating 3K distributors and business alliances. This unique program was designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants, both in theories and practical, in Business Psychology and Leadership, Management Skills, Sales and Marketing Management; that can be developed and applied in real-life to create a fresh-minded young executives.
Mr. Veerawat  Korphaibool, Senior Vice President of 3K Products Co. Ltd. mentioned that 3K Next Generation Executive Program is one of the CRM (Customer Relation Management) strategy that was implemented to maintain a good relationship with 3K distributors. Since 25 years ago that 3K Battery was introduced into the market, one of the success factors that helps accelerating 3K Global reputations is the distributors which there are over 1,000 domestic distributors and over 4,000 international distributors. Therefore, to equip these loyal distributors with all the essential skills, 3K selected 20 representatives among all of the distributors to participate in 3K Next Generation Executive Program.

3K Next Generation Executive Program was specially designed and developed with the cooperation of Assumption University. This program is an integration of different activities that can be separated in to 3 major phases. The first phase, “We are 3K Family”, is a collection of activities that build strong relationships between the participants and 3K Battery under the concept “ผู้บริหารยุคใหม่หัวใจ 3K” (we know each other at 3K) that was hosted for 3 days and 2 nights at Khao Yai. The fun activities include: icebreaking activities, workshops, team building activities and problem-solving games in which both physical and psychological attributes were being tested.

The 2nd phase, “I Am Ready”, is a educational activities that intends to create a 4-dimension business mindset for the participants. This phase consists of 6 topics totaling 40 hours of training workshop. The topics are: 1. Business Psychology and Leadership (7 hours) 2. Task  and Time Management (7 hours) 3. Human Resource Management (7 hours) 4. Sales Management (7 hours) 5. Marketing Skills (12 hours)

The last phase, “I am Extraordinary”, is a Marketing Talk under the topic of “การตลาด คิดต่าง”  undergoing a dialogue concept where interactions between the speakers and the participants are highly encouraged. The invited guest speakers are highly experienced marketers and successful entrepreneurs in which this session was opened for both the NextGen participants and the interested publics. This event was hosted at Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi Campus.

This 3 major phases is designed not to establish business knowledge but to slightly grow relationship and transform the “individual awareness” to “team spirit and group awareness”. For 3K battery, “We are brothers, we are sisters and we are one” within the 3K NextGen is far more valuable than “I am ready” and “I am extraordinary”.

3K Next Generation Executive Program was started at the beginning of July and ended in October. The participants who successfully participate in this executive program will receive certificate from Assumption University.
It’s uniquely impressive that a Thai-owned company chose education as one of the powerful marketing tools in order to not only aiming to build up and strengthen relationship with key dealers but also committing to invest in education equipping and enhancing the essential business skills as well as empowering the effective execution in their own business.
